Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel with fantastic spa facilities and a beautiful location right by the ski lifts. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, and the variety of dining options was impressive. However, the check-in process was a bit stressful due to loud music and a misunderstanding about meal times, which detracted from the initial experience.
